less important. This can be a stand-alone massage or incorporated into one of the other therapeutic massages.

The Raindrop Technique

Relaxing, clarifying and balancing. A sequence of nine essential oils is applied to the soles of the
feet, dropped like gentle rain along the spine, then massaged in. These therapeutic-grade oils
- possessing antiviral, antibacterial and antispasmodic properties - are absorbed into the body
and can continue to work from five to seven days.

Hydrotherapy

Natural canvas covered organic clay packs are heated in a warm water bath and applied to the
core muscles of the body. This gentle therapy helps to soften tight muscles.

Clay Foot Mask

Baltic Sea Mud infused with essential oils is gently applied, and steamed towels are wrapped
around the feet. The effect is both soothing and detoxifying.

Warm Paraffin Hand Therapy

Essential oil-infused paraffin is warmed to just above its melting point and each hand is dipped
and wrapped. The soothing warmth penetrates deeply into each joint while the paraffin moisturizes and conditions the skin.
